Rick came to Lexington with more than twenty-five years’ experience in related engineering and construction fields, including trouble-shooting and quality control for Kintec, Inc. in the 70’s, designing and engineering high performance auto racing parts at Tilton Engineering, and designing and drafting everything from high-end custom homes and additions, to furniture and logos. His responsibilities at Lexington include overseeing the technical aspects for all company projects and coordinating the design of fabrication details and specifications. In addition, Rick works as a liaison between the design and production departments and participates in client consultations by providing technical expertise and counsel to the design process.
